Kayven’s Helping Hands Epilepsy Support Group
This group is open to anyone caring for, living with, advocating for, or wanting to support someone with epilepsy. All are welcome — parents, caregivers, adults with epilepsy, family members, educators, and community allies.
We provide a safe, understanding space to share experiences, learn more about epilepsy, and connect with others who “get it.”
Our goals are to connect, support, advocate, and increase awareness.
Together, we will:
• Share experiences in a safe and compassionate environment
• Learn more about epilepsy and related conditions
• Connect people with trusted epilepsy resources and organizations
• Advocate for better understanding and community awareness
• Hear from invited experts, advocates, and guest presenters
• Remind every family that no one fights alone
Meeting Schedule:
Monthly on the 3rd Thursday
6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
First Meeting:
Thursday, January 15
Keeney Stevens Board Room
Advanced Learning Library – Wichita Public Library
Attendance Options:
• In-person
• Zoom option for those joining from home

Please register if you can, but it is not required. Walk-ins are welcome.
