Empowering Communities: Supporting Epilepsy Awareness and Education.
Epilepsy Warrior Submission Form
The Purple Belt Club was created to encourage and uplift kids living with epilepsy.
Inspired by Kayven’s love for karate, kindness, reading, and adventure, this club celebrates bravery, strength, and belonging.
Parents and guardians are invited to submit their child’s photo and story to join the Purple Belt Club and be featured as an Epilepsy Warrior on our website and social media.

Seizure First Aid Certification
We are dedicated to empowering individuals and communities with the tools and knowledge to support those affected by epilepsy. This year, we are focusing on encouraging 100 local caregivers, educators, childcare workers, kids’ activity directors, community members—to complete the Seizure First Aid Certification course provided through the Epilepsy Foundation. This training provides essential skills to recognize and respond to seizures with confidence.
After completing the course, participants can submit their certification here. As a token of appreciation, they’ll receive a Kayven’s Helping Hands Epilepsy Awareness ribbon to celebrate their commitment to making a difference.
Join us in creating a community that is informed, prepared, and supportive. Together, we’re making empowerment possible!
